If the battery of your Meizu M1 Note doesn’t last long anymore, maybe it’s time to replace it. Don’t worry! On this tutorial, we’re going to explain how to do it by yourself in few minutes!
– A new battery pack for Meizu M1 Note ()
– A Phillips screwdriver;
– A pentalobe screwdriver;
– SIM ejector tool;
– Tweezers (optional);
STEP 1: Turn off the phone, then screw off the two pentalobe screws at the bottom of the device.
STEP 2: With a plastic tool, extract the Touch screen / LCD assembly, detaching it from the back cover.
STEP 3: Gently raise the touch panel and, with a Phillips screwdriver, remove the screw and then the metal clip, as shown below. You can help with tweezers.
STEP 4: Remove the two flex cables, helping with a plastic tool.
STEP 5: Remove the SIM card using the Sim card removal tool; if you don’t own one, you can use a paper clip or something similar.
STEP 6: Remove every screw from the middle frame.
STEP 7: Gently raise the frame and extract it from the back cover.
STEP 8: Disconnect the battery flex cable and remove the battery pack.
STEP 9: Insert the new battery pack and reassemble the device.
Done! Enjoy the new battery life on your Meizu!!
